We have an exciting opportunity as a Health Surveillance & Resourcing Coordinator to join our team.

Role Overview:
The Health Surveillance & Resourcing Coordinator is a pivotal contributor to our clinical team and departmental administration. Their role is responsible for administration and coordination relating to the MCL Resourcing function and on-site health surveillance for MCL Medics. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, their role works closely with the Health Surveillance Coordinator, on-site clinicians and the Health Surveillance Clinical Lead. Their role is essential to our seamless operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- MCL Resourcing – sourcing and maintaining shift bookings
- Recruitment – advertising, screening and onboarding of carers & clinicians for the group using our ATS
- Maintaining accurate training and qualification records for carers & clinicians
- Onboarding of new OH clients – training on applicable systems (bespoke portal & apps), coordination of various assessments and time on-site
- Building relationships with client contacts and bank of carers and clinicians as the representative of MCL
- Assisting with the booking of Health Surveillance and administration for the on-site appointments.
- Undertaking any other duties deemed necessary to meet the role's demands.

- Ability to work as a team player and switch priorities as situations develop
- Personable demeanour and willingness to build relationships internally and externally
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Qualifications and Experience:
- GCSE level or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
- Proficiency in using standard IT applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
