Health & Wellbeing Manager
Navigate the unknown as our Health & Wellbeing Manager.
Life doesn't pause for a wellness plan, and neither do our colleagues. As Health & Wellbeing Manager, you'll lead the strategy and own the day-to-day running the Westfield Group Head Office Active Space, delivering the coaching, and building the programmes that help people navigate their own health on their terms. It's strategic thinking one day and a personal training session the next, both mattering equally. You'll be the trusted expert colleagues turn to and the person leadership relies on to translate wellbeing into real, measurable outcomes.

The Role
- Location: Sheffield, UK
- Language Requirements: Fluent English
- Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience

What You Bring
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification, with CIMSPA-recognised registration and current First Aid certification
- Proven experience delivering health, wellbeing or fitness programmes
- Experience delivering one-to-one coaching or personal training sessions
- Confident analysing data and turning insight into improved outcomes
- Competent across Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence at every level
- Expertise or specialism in women’s health desirable
Duties and Responsibilities
Health & Wellbeing Strategy
- Lead the development and delivery of the health and wellbeing strategy, embedding it into everyday organisational practice
- Translate strategic priorities into practical initiatives that meet colleague needs
- Monitor and evaluate impact using colleague feedback, participation data and wellbeing outcomes
- Act as the organisation’s internal health and wellbeing expert and trusted point of contact
Colleague Wellbeing Programme
- Design, coordinate and deliver a varied programme of wellbeing activities, events and campaigns
- Develop initiatives supporting physical health, mental wellbeing and sustainable habits
- Deliver workshops, presentations and awareness sessions that educate and inspire colleagues
- Promote wellbeing support and ensure communications are clear, relevant and accessible

Active Space Management
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Active Space, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer experience
- Monitor usage, performance and member satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Report on operational performance and contribute to positive financial outcomes
Fitness & Wellbeing Delivery
- Conduct health and fitness assessments and deliver fitness inductions for colleagues
- Design tailored exercise programmes and deliver one-to-one personal training and small group coaching
- Teach group exercise classes in line with qualifications and organisational needs
- Support colleagues to build healthy, sustainable habits through practical guidance
Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, people leaders and external partners
- Gather feedback and insight to continuously improve the colleague experience
- Respond sensitively and professionally to wellbeing concerns, escalating where appropriate
- Ensure all health, safety and compliance standards are implemented and maintained
