Role: Health & Wellness Brand Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office, typically Tue/Wed)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you a social-first marketing expert who loves creating viral moments and building brand communities?
We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to spearhead the growth of two powerhouse snacking brands. In this role, you will lead the creation of digital content, drive community engagement, and execute high-impact experiential marketing initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Campaign Leadership: Drive 360° integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations across digital, field, and shopper channels.
- Social & Digital: Own the UK digital presence, managing content calendars for TikTok and Instagram while directing local creative agencies.
- Partnerships & Media: Lead relationships with influencers, PR, and media partners to generate brand hype and manage media investment.
- Strategic Sampling: Oversee field marketing and product sampling plans to drive product trial and retail visibility.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with EMEA marketing, sales, supply, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand execution.

What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or communications (ideally within high-growth CPG or culturally relevant, social-first brands).
- Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns (social, PR, influencer, media, and sampling).
- An entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills to manage agency partners and internal stakeholders effectively.
