Healthcare AI Operating Partner

UK / Europe preferred | International remit | PE-backed AI business

We’re working with a rapidly scaling, PE-backed AI transformation and value-creation business that is looking to appoint a senior Healthcare AI Operating Partner.

The business works directly with private equity funds and their portfolio companies to identify, build and deliver high-impact AI initiatives. As it continues to expand across the US and Europe, it is looking for a senior healthcare technology leader to help lead this work across the healthcare portfolio.

This is a highly commercial, hands-on role for someone who can operate comfortably with investors and CEOs while also having the technical depth to work closely with engineering, data and AI teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with PE funds and healthcare portfolio companies to identify high-value AI opportunities
  • Translating business problems into practical AI and technology programmes
  • Leading AI transformation and value-creation initiatives across multiple businesses
  • Working with CEOs, CTOs and leadership teams on strategy, architecture and execution
  • Helping shape and oversee AI, software engineering, data and automation delivery
  • Taking initiatives from initial opportunity identification through to production and measurable business impact
  • Helping build and develop the firm's healthcare AI capability

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
