We are currently seeking a Healthcare Analyst to work directly with executive leadership, including the CEO, on a strategic transformation project within the healthcare and life sciences sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing and redesigning the operating model for a Medical Information function.
This is a high-visibility assignment, offering direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence organisational design and operational effectiveness.
This position is open to both UK and EU candidates. For UK candidates, this position falls inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess the current Medical Information operating model and team structure.
- Design and recommend an improved organisational and operational framework.
- Partner closely with senior leadership, including direct interaction with the CEO.
- Analyse business processes, team capabilities, governance, and workflow structures.
- Support the implementation of operating model recommendations and organisational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Requirements
- Previous consulting experience, gained within a consultancy or CRO environment is essential.
- Experience designing or optimising operating models and organisational structures.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
- Experience within Medical Affairs, Medical Information, or related pharmaceutical functions is highly desirable.
- Understanding of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments.
