Healthcare Architect: £45,000-£55,000

Want to take more ownership of healthcare projects and build on your technical experience?
Join an established London practice where you’ll work on healthcare projects from early design through to construction. You’ll have direct involvement with clients and end users, helping turn complex requirements into practical, carefully considered spaces.
The role would suit an Architect who enjoys getting into the detail, working collaboratively and understanding how a building needs to function for the people using it.
The Healthcare Architect role, day to day:
- Developing projects across multiple RIBA stages, from feasibility through to delivery.
- Preparing coordinated design information and detailed technical packages.
- Working with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction challenges.
- Engaging with healthcare stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Applying UK Building Regulations and relevant healthcare design guidance.
- Taking responsibility for project work and contributing to the wider team.

What we're looking for in this Healthcare Architect:
- ARB registered, RIBA Part 3 qualified.
- A few years of post-qualification experience within UK practice.
- Experience working on healthcare projects.
- Strong Revit skills and confidence producing technical information.
- Working knowledge of HTMs and healthcare design requirements.
- Clear communication skills and a thoughtful approach to design and delivery.
