An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational and motivated Health Care Assistant to join the Lytham District Nursing Team.
The successful candidate will be supported by our nursing team and essential training for the role will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of healthcare professionals.
- Provide high-quality care in patients' homes, including clinical interventions such as taking observations, venepuncture, wound care, pressure area care, and health promotion.
- Work alongside skilled health professionals within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with the multi-disciplinary team.
- High standards of nursing care.
- Personal responsibility and accountability for actions.
- Accurate written and/or electronic records.
- Valid UK driving license and access to an insured vehicle.
