Bank Staff Nurse
Location: London: Chelsea Outpatient Center, part of The Lister Hospital
Shift times: Flexible shifts available Monday to Saturday, in line with service requirements
About the Role
We're looking for a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Chelsea Outpatients Centre.
Chelsea Outpatients Centre provides patients with access to a wide range of specialist outpatient services in a modern, state-of-the-art environment. As part of HCA Healthcare UK, you'll join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding service.
As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the nursing team and ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care throughout their outpatient journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with clinical procedures
- Undertaking patient observations
- Supporting patient flow through the department
- Contributing to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and visitors
What You'll Bring
- Must have previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant within an outpatient setting.
- Experience undertaking and recording patient observations, including blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturations, and temperature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
