About the Role
We are seeking passionate, reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will provide high-quality personal care, emotional support, and daily living assistance to residents across various care settings, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: Proven professional experience working within a care home or residential care setting is mandatory.
- Sponsorship: Candidates must have full right to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is offered.
- Driving: Valid UK driving license and personal transport preferred.
- Core Skills: Dedicated, compassionate, flexible, and capable of assisting residents with all aspects of personal care and daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored personal care to residents in residential and care home environments.
- Assist with mobility, nutrition, medication support, and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate care records and report changes in resident well-being.
- Uphold safeguarding standards and promote resident independence.
