Pay: £12.71–£16.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time and Part-time available
Shifts: 12-hour day and night shifts
Minimum commitment: 24 hours per week

We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support clients with complex care needs across Worthing, Lancing, Sompting, Goring-by-Sea, Ferring, Littlehampton, Rustington, Angmering, and surrounding areas.
Whether you are already working in care or looking to begin a career in healthcare, we provide comprehensive in-house clinical training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
Our care packages are delivered on a one-client, one-home basis, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide truly personalised care without rushing between multiple care calls.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Providing person-centred care and support in the client's own home
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting mobility, positioning, and transfers
- Administering medication in line with care plans and training
- Monitoring and recording changes in health and wellbeing
- Preparing meals and supporting hydration and nutrition needs
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Working closely with families, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care

We believe exceptional carers are defined by their compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Successful applicants will receive full training through our in-house clinical training programme, delivered and supported by experienced nursing professionals. No previous care or complex care experience is required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
ESSENTIAL
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A willingness to learn and develop clinical skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to pass enhanced DBS and reference checks
DESIRABLE
- Previous experience in care, support work, healthcare, or customer service
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

EARNINGS
- Typical Healthcare Assistants work around 36 hours per week
- Average weekly earnings: £500–£555*
- Estimated annual earnings: £26,200–£28,950*
Figures are based on average shift patterns and may include accrued holiday pay. Actual earnings will vary depending on hours worked and shift allocation.
