About the Role
We are seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our Dermatology and Urology Departments at various NHS partner sites. This role is vital in supporting consultants, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff, ensuring patients receive safe, efficient, and reassuring care throughout their diagnostic journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and prepare patients for dermatology and urology procedures.
- Provide reassurance and explain processes clearly.
- Assist patients with mobility and comfort during examinations.
- Support clinicians during minor operations and diagnostic procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms and equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and manage patient flow.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to follow clinical protocols under supervision.
- Basic IT and record-keeping skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding.
- Previous healthcare assistant or patient-facing experience preferred.
- Training in patient handling and infection control.
