About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and caring Healthcare Assistant, who is reliable and flexible to join our Farnborough Community Nursing Team.

Please note this is a front facing clinical role where a high level of spoken and written English language is required. Please do not use AI software for completion of your application for this role.

You currently must be in the UK and have current experience of working in a UK Healthcare setting as an HCA.

Responsibilities

The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) will work as an active member of the team to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service to patients who require visits at home.

  • The post holder will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle as travel to and from Patients’ homes. Daily, mileage is claimable via the trust expenses system.
  • You may be asked to complete Patient visits in other teams depending on what is required on the day.
