Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Bridgewater, Somerset
Pay Rates: £14.00 – £22.00
Shift Pattern: Day Shifts / Night Shifts (12 Hour)
About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join OneCall24 Healthcare in supporting a gentleman with an acquired brain injury to live an active and fulfilling life. This rewarding role involves delivering person-centred care, promoting independence, and supporting him with his daily routines both at home and in the community.
We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants who will encourage his independence, support him to engage in the activities he enjoys, and help enhance his quality of life while building a positive and trusting relationship.

We are looking for carers with experience in: (Preferred but not required)
- A proven track record of going above and beyond, one of our core values at OneCall24 Healthcare, to help clients achieve meaningful social outcomes and make a positive impact on their lives.
- Acquired Brain Injury
- Confidence supporting clients in the community and promoting independence
Training Provided
- Tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Moving and handling
- Medication Administration
All candidates MUST be drivers (Full UK driver’s license).
