Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Locum Opportunities
We are currently looking for Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team of locum professionals. We have a range of Ad-Hoc, Short-Term, and Long-Term opportunities available across multiple locations, offering flexibility to suit your availability and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to patients/service users.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities.
- Support nurses and other healthcare professionals as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Follow care plans, policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar care role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility and reliability to work different shifts.
- Right to work in the UK and relevant compliance documentation.
