An exciting opportunity has arisen for a healthcare assistant to join our outpatient team. The outpatient department is based across a number of general and specialty clinics. The post holder will develop their skills to support the team to provide an efficient service that delivers first-class service to our patients and staff.
Band 3 salary will be dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.
Applicants who do not meet the full criteria for appointment at Band 3 may be appointed at Band 2 and supported through a structured development programme including completion of required competencies and qualifications with progression to Band 3 subject to evidence of competence and service need.

Working alongside the outpatient team your role would be to support the team in setting and maintaining person-centered high-quality care and ensuring that patient safety and the patient experience are paramount.
