Job Overview
We are looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our team in Haywards Heath. The role involves supporting individuals with their day-to-day care needs while ensuring their comfort, dignity and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with daily activities.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs.
- Support with meals and feeding where required.
- Assist individuals with mobility and moving safely.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
- Follow care plans and report any changes or concerns to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Follow health, safety and infection control procedures.
- Work respectfully with service users, families and other care staff.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or healthcare setting is Mandatory
- A caring, patient and responsible approach to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends when required.
- Relevant care qualifications such as an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care are desirable.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
