Your Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care to residents and service users.
Responsibilities May Include
- Assisting with personal care and daily living
- Supporting mobility and wellbeing
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Working alongside Nurses and healthcare teams
- Helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

To apply for our Healthcare Assistant roles in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, you must have:
- A minimum of 6 months’ paid UK care experience within care homes, nursing homes, or hospitals
- A passion for delivering high-quality care
- The right to work in the UK
- A driving licence is preferred but not essential
