Are you a caring, compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant looking for a secure, permanent position where you can make a real difference every day?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for a full-time, permanent Healthcare Assistant position in the Alnwick area.

The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support, helping service users maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, person-centred care and support.
- Assisting with personal care and everyday activities.
- Supporting mobility and encouraging independence wherever possible.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Following individual care plans and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
- Working closely with colleagues and the wider healthcare team.
- Promoting dignity, privacy and respect at all times.
- Following safeguarding, health & safety and infection control procedures.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Caring, compassionate and genuinely passionate about helping others.
- Reliable, hardworking and committed to providing excellent care.
- Patient, understanding and respectful.
- A confident communicator who works well as part of a team.
- Able to build positive relationships with service users.
- Experienced as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant — preferred but not essential, depending on the client's requirements.
