Fordingbridge, Hampshire: An Allegra Care Home
From £13.20 per hour + enhanced bank holiday pay
- 3-4 night shifts per week, including every Saturday (12-hour shifts)

We are looking for warm, compassionate Healthcare Assistants (Care Companions) to join our beautiful Fordingbridge care home in Hampshire.
Working two or three nights a week, including each Saturday, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents to live comfortably, safely, and with dignity—delivering care that is truly person-centred.

About The Role
As a Care Companion, you’ll work closely with our Senior Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care and companionship.
You Will Support Residents With
- Personal care (washing, toileting, oral care, mobility and manual handling)
- Emotional and social wellbeing
- Daily activities, hobbies, and wellbeing programmes
- Nutrition and hydration support
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes to nurses
- Skin care and pressure area support
- Communication with families, friends, and healthcare professionals
You’ll also have opportunities to mentor new team members and grow your own skills.

Care experience is desirable but not essential—we’ll support you every step of the way.
