With over 15 years of nationwide experience, we provide Healthcare Assistants, Senior HCAs, Support Workers and Nurses for both emergency and planned staffing requirements. We are committed to providing fast, flexible and fully compliant staffing solutions while maintaining a high standard of care for residents and patients.

The Role:

We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our temporary staffing team, supporting care homes and healthcare settings across Kent, UK.

This role offers flexible working opportunities, with both full-time and part-time shifts available.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents and patients.
  • Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.
  • Supporting mobility and safe manual handling.
  • Assisting with nutrition and hydration.
  • Supporting residents and patients with their daily routines.
  • Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in health or behaviour.
  • Maintaining dignity, privacy and respect at all times.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, patients, families and colleagues.
  • Following safeguarding, infection control and health and safety procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a UK care setting.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or in a similar care role.
  • Good understanding of person-centred care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
  • Ability to follow care plans and organisational procedures.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights and weekends where required.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant care qualifications, such as an NVQ or QCF in Health and Social Care.
  • Manual handling training.
  • Safeguarding and infection control training.
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
  • A valid DBS certificate is desirable.
