Company: VoxyDocs
Location: London Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Co-Founder | Equity Based | Early Stage Startup
About VoxyDocs
VoxyDocs is an AI-powered digital health platform transforming how patient information is securely accessed across private healthcare, care homes, and community care services.
Our mission is to improve emergency medical readiness by giving authorised healthcare professionals secure, instant access to critical patient information when it matters most.
The platform combines secure digital health records, AI-powered document processing, and QR-based emergency access to help healthcare providers reduce administrative burden, improve continuity of care, and strengthen patient safety.
We're currently progressing through accelerator programmes, building strategic partnerships, and preparing for pilot deployments with healthcare providers across London.
We're now looking for a passionate Healthcare Co-Founder to join us on this journey and help build a company that can make a meaningful impact on healthcare.
About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional salaried role.
We're looking for someone who wants to become a true partner in building VoxyDocs from the ground up.
This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity for someone who shares our vision and is excited by the challenge of building an innovative healthcare company.
You'll work alongside the founder to shape the company's future, validate the product with healthcare professionals, establish partnerships, and help bring VoxyDocs to healthcare organisations across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
As Healthcare Co-Founder, you'll play a key role in both the strategic and operational growth of VoxyDocs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why Join VoxyDocs?

At VoxyDocs, we're building technology that has the potential to improve patient safety, simplify access to healthcare information, and support better decision-making for clinicians and care providers.
If you're excited about building a company with purpose and creating lasting impact in healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.
