The Role
We are seeking a Healthcare Consultant who is passionate about driving innovation and change within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will have consulting experience in healthcare and ideally possess exposure to digital strategy, patient experience, health data and informatics, business case development, and healthcare transformation programmes.
Experience supporting initiatives such as the New Hospital Programme and Frontline Digitisation programmes is highly desirable. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and consulting teams to deliver successful outcomes while building your expertise within a growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consulting engagements within the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice.
- Conduct research, analysis, and problem-solving activities to support project delivery.
- Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and meetings.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and project stakeholders.
- Develop project plans and contribute to successful project execution.
- Produce high-quality deliverables using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary consulting teams.
- Contribute to the development of internal standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Support healthcare transformation initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Travel and work remotely as required to meet client and project needs.
Skills We Can't Do Without
- Good consulting experience, ideally within Healthcare and Life Sciences.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital Strategy, Patient Experience, Health Data & Informatics, Business Case Development, Healthcare Transformation.
- Experience supporting or contributing to the New Hospital Programme and/or Frontline Digitisation agendas.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality reports, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with NHS organisations or healthcare customers within the UK.
- Familiarity with operational improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively within collaborative consulting teams.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Skills We'd Like
- Experience within healthcare technology, digital transformation, or healthcare innovation programmes.
- Knowledge of NHS operating models, healthcare pathways, and service transformation.
- Experience supporting business case development and strategic planning activities.
- Familiarity with healthcare data, analytics, and informatics initiatives.
- Experience working in consulting environments managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
