Description

As a Healthcare Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of the business for existing members, providing support and guidance, and helping with any enquiries they may have regarding their products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking medical appointments and processing referrals
  • Dealing with any claims and gathering all required information
  • Corresponding with customers over the telephone, alongside email and occasional webchat platforms
