Position: Healthcare Data Project Manager
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $400K - $550K/yr
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Own and manage projects end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely satisfied with deliverables.
- Oversee complex healthcare and medical data pipelines, focusing on improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Manage teams of Human Data Managers and Leads, reviewing the work of healthcare and medical subject-matter experts.
- Communicate directly with top AI Labs regarding massive, high-impact projects and their progress.
- Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize key performance indicators across expert-driven workflows.
- Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact to senior leadership.

Requirements
- Have an MD as a strong plus, though not mandatory.
- Possess a background in data operations, engineering, computer science, or significant exposure to healthcare and medicine.
- Have at least of experience in a leadership role managing large-scale or healthcare-focused data projects.
- Demonstrate a passion for building from the ground up and executing solutions rapidly in high-stakes environments.
- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management abilities, particularly when working with senior healthcare and medical experts.
