Join Polar Speed, a UPS company, and help deliver essential healthcare products to the people and services that need them most.

Deliver Essential Healthcare. Make a Difference Every Day.

Polar Speed, a UPS company, is a trusted provider of temperature-sensitive healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics across the UK.

Every day, our teams help ensure that vital medicines, healthcare products, and treatments are delivered safely and on time to hospitals, pharmacies, GP surgeries, healthcare providers, and patients in their own homes.

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Healthcare Delivery Driver (Multi-Drop) to join our Fareham team. This is more than a typical driving role: every delivery supports patient care and helps healthcare services run smoothly.

About Polar Speed

Polar Speed has earned a strong reputation for quality, compliance, innovation, and customer service within the healthcare logistics sector.

We specialise in temperature-controlled deliveries for some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, supporting healthcare providers and patients throughout the UK.

Our services include the transportation of healthcare products to hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers, medical practices, and directly to patients through our homecare network.

The Role

As a Healthcare Delivery Driver (Multi-Drop), you will be responsible for collecting and delivering temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and healthcare products across multiple locations on a daily route.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
