Healthcare Fieldwork Project Manager
Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire | Hybrid
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
About the Role
Exafield UK is looking for a proactive and organised Healthcare Market Research Fieldwork Project Manager to join our growing team. You will manage qualitative and quantitative healthcare market research projects from set-up to completion, working closely with clients, internal teams and recruitment partners.
This is a specialist market research fieldwork role, requiring an understanding of research methodologies, participant recruitment and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple qualitative and quantitative healthcare market research projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate recruitment of healthcare professionals, patients and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, recruitment targets and deliverables.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Monitor recruitment progress, identify challenges and proactively implement solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external recruitment partners.
- Ensure projects meet quality, compliance and data protection standards.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and project efficiency.

Requirements
- Previous experience in market research fieldwork or research project management is essential.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market research is highly desirable.
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and participant recruitment.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience managing international research projects or additional language skills would be an advantage.
