🌟 We’re Hiring – Practice & Business Development Manager
đź“Ť AMK Consulting Hub | Adlington, Cheshire
We’re looking for an experienced, ambitious, and commercially-minded Practice & Business Development Manager to join us at an exciting stage as we prepare to launch AMK Consulting Hub.
AMK Consulting Hub is a new premium multidisciplinary healthcare facility providing professional consulting and treatment rooms for doctors, dentists, physiotherapists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
The role will focus on:
- Setting up and managing the day-to-day operations of the Hub
- Attracting and onboarding high-quality healthcare professionals
- Building relationships with consultants, clinics, and healthcare organisations
- Increasing room occupancy, bookings, and revenue
- Developing new services, partnerships, and business opportunities
- Supporting marketing and promoting the Hub
- Establishing efficient operational systems and processes
- Supporting CQC compliance and clinical governance
- Working directly with the Founder to develop and implement our growth strategy

We’d love to hear from someone who has:
- Healthcare practice or business management experience
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- A good understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance
- Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience growing or launching a private healthcare service would be a significant advantage
