Location: UK-based, 100% Remote
Contract: Inside IR35
Duration: 9+ Months
Start: October 2026

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Integration Support Analysts to join a large-scale healthcare technology programme supporting interoperability and integration across clinical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for healthcare IT professionals with hands-on experience in HL7 integrations, healthcare applications, and interface support, who enjoy troubleshooting complex issues and working directly with customers and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, troubleshoot, and resolve healthcare integration and application issues.
  • Analyse HL7 messages, interface workflows, logs, and data to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Support and maintain healthcare integrations using integration engines such as Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Corepoint, InterSystems, or similar.
  • Investigate and resolve issues using SQL, logs, and interface monitoring tools.
  • Work closely with customers, implementation teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Support integration deployments, upgrades, and healthcare application implementations.
  • Ensure reliable interoperability between healthcare systems and clinical applications.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, Integration Support, Application Support, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7 v2 messaging and healthcare interoperability.
  • Experience with Mirth Connect or other healthcare integration engines (Rhapsody, Corepoint, InterSystems, OpenLink, etc.).
  • Experience troubleshooting integration logic and scripts using JavaScript.
  • Strong SQL and database investigation skills.
  • Understanding of XSD/schema structures.
  • Experience supporting healthcare systems such as EMR, EPR, HIS, PACS, RIS, or other clinical applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in customer-facing environments.
