About the Opportunity
micro1 is engaging experienced Healthcare & Life Sciences Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on reviewing and enhancing executive-level business presentations. In this role, you will combine healthcare and life sciences expertise with advanced PowerPoint, presentation design, data visualization, and visual storytelling skills.
You will reconstruct and improve business slides from images while maintaining a high level of factual accuracy and preserving important healthcare and life sciences context. Typical materials may include clinical data presentations, market access strategies, product launch plans, and regulatory or safety communications.
Your work will help train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, domain-specific evaluation and presentation expertise. No prior AI experience is required — your healthcare and life sciences knowledge is what matters most.
Responsibilities
- Reconstruct business and executive-level presentation slides from images using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Accurately reproduce source content while improving overall slide structure, clarity, and professional presentation quality.
- Enhance slides through effective data visualization, visual storytelling, message hierarchy, and exhibit selection.
- Edit and refine slide content for consistency, precision, clarity, and audience suitability.
- Work with healthcare and life sciences materials including:
- Clinical data presentations
- Market access strategies
- Product launch plans
- Regulatory summaries
- Safety communications
- Preserve healthcare-specific terminology, definitions, methodological context, caveats, and supporting information with high fidelity.
- Ensure presentation improvements remain consistent with healthcare and life sciences standards.
- Create a detailed change log documenting improvements made and explaining why specific elements were changed or preserved.
- Defend design, messaging, and content decisions using clear, evidence-based reasoning.
- Ensure titles and key messages are supported by the underlying evidence.
- Complete production tasks efficiently within the expected 1–2 hour timeframe per slide.
- Participate in project-based sprints while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications
- Direct professional experience in healthcare or life sciences, including healthcare delivery, insurance, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, or healthcare consulting environments.
- Proven experience creating or editing executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or client audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of presentation design and data visualization principles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and life sciences terminology and business contexts.
- Ability to preserve factual accuracy and domain-specific context while improving presentation quality.
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to clearly explain presentation, messaging, and evidence-based design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct professional experience in healthcare delivery, insurance, pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare consulting.
- Experience developing executive presentations for healthcare or life sciences organizations.
- Familiarity with regulatory, safety, market access, clinical, or product-launch communications.
- Experience working with healthcare data and translating complex information into executive-level visual narratives.
- Strong ability to develop evidence-supported titles and clear message hierarchies.
- Experience reconstructing or redesigning existing presentation materials from source images.
- Prior experience with AI training, AI evaluation, or rubric development is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Engagement
- Compensation is $150–$350/hour.
- This is a remote contractor opportunity.
- Work is structured around individual PowerPoint review, reconstruction, and enhancement tasks.
- Each slide assignment is expected to require approximately 1–2 hours, depending on complexity.
- Projects operate through task-based, sprint-driven workflows with flexible timing.
- Experts are expected to provide both high-quality presentation work and detailed documentation explaining their decisions.
