What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing medical malpractice investigations – You’ll be supporting our expert evidence team, handling legal cases that involve complex healthcare matters.
- Liaising with legal and medical professionals – You’ll communicate with solicitors, barristers, and clinicians, ensuring smooth case progression.
- Handling key legal documentation – You’ll prepare reports and assess medical evidence for use in legal proceedings.
- Working under pressure and meeting deadlines – You’ll gain experience in a fast-paced legal environment, preparing you for a career in law or healthcare risk management.

- Graduates of any degree with a keen interest in medical malpractice and clinical negligence.
- Sharp legal minds – You’ll need to analyse large volumes of information, spot key issues, and apply legal principles effectively.
- Outstanding communicators – You’ll be drafting legal emails and liaising with professionals daily, so clarity and precision are key.
- Self-motivated individuals – You’ll work independently (once trained), so strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
- Calm under pressure – You’ll need to handle urgent and time-sensitive matters while maintaining attention to detail.
