The role

This is an Associate 1 or 2 position sitting within the bank's Healthcare M&A practice in London. The team advises on buy-side and sell-side transactions across medtech and healthcare services. Working directly alongside senior bankers, you will own significant elements of deal execution - from financial modelling and valuation to process management and client communication - with a level of visibility that reflects the firm's lean team structure.

What we're looking for

  • Associate 1 or 2 level with 4-5 years of M&A deal execution experience at an investment bank or the big 4.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation and execution skills - the team moves at pace and expects technical rigour from day one.
  • Healthcare sector experience is preferred but not required - candidates from other sectors who have strong live deal execution track records will be considered.
