Precision Neuro Clinic is an independent specialist neurodevelopmental service providing comprehensive ADHD and Autism assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. The clinic’s mission is to offer compassionate, evidence-based, person-centred care through high-quality assessments, accurate diagnoses, and tailored treatment plans that empower individuals and families. Led by experienced clinicians, the team is committed to clinical excellence, patient safety, and delivering care in line with NICE guidelines. The clinic works collaboratively with patients, families, GPs, schools, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes. Role Description

The Marketing and Referral Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Chichester. The postholder will develop and implement marketing and referral strategies that generate appropriate enquiries and referrals for Precision Neuro Clinic.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Developing professional relationships with GPs, schools, SENDCOs, ICB teams, and other healthcare professionals
  • Coordinating outreach activities
  • Maintaining a structured referral pipeline

The role also involves:

  • Planning and delivering approved marketing campaigns across digital and local channels
  • Updating clinic materials and monitoring campaign performance
  • Tracking referral sources and outcomes
  • Preparing regular reports
  • Collaborating with clinical and administrative colleagues to provide a responsive experience for patients and referrers

The postholder must:

  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Follow information-governance requirements
  • Obtain approval before publishing content or making statements concerning clinical services, treatment availability, NHS arrangements, ICB accreditation, or CQC status

Regular on-site presence is required to attend meetings, support events, and engage with local stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in healthcare marketing, referral development, stakeholder engagement, or business development
  • Experience developing professional relationships with healthcare, education, or public-sector organisations
  • Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and performance monitoring
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media, website content, and basic analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities, including managing referral pipelines, follow-up dates, data tracking, and reporting
  • Understanding of confidentiality, UK GDPR, safeguarding, and professional boundaries within healthcare
  • Knowledge of ADHD, autism, mental health, or neurodevelopmental services is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently, manage a part-time schedule, and attend the Chichester clinic regularly
  • A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, healthcare management, or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
