The Company
This well known international healthcare organisation provides private medical, surgical and diagnostic care through its hospitals and outpatient centres.
The Role
As Healthcare Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2 delivering B2C integrated campaigns that grow awareness and help turn patient interest into bookings as well as providing marketing support for the Business Development team.
This is a senior, hands on opportunity to shape UK marketing activity across paid digital, content, email, out-of-home advertising, PR, events, partnerships and specialist third-party platforms.
Working into the Head of Marketing you will be closely involved in the development of marketing strategy, setting KPIs and budgets. You will plan campaigns end to end, oversee the media plan, work with data colleagues to assess performance and will be responsible for making recommendations on how to optimise results.

You will manage a small team, including an established Marketing Lead, and recruit a Marketing Officer. You will also work closely with clinical leaders, consultants, business development colleagues and external partners. Regular collaboration with the global marketing teams will be central to adapting global brand and creative work for UK audiences.

Role
In order to be successfully shortlisted for this role you must be able to show evidence of the following in your application/CV:
- Be able to commit to 3 days in an office in central London
- Have had line management experience
- Have healthcare marketing experience across on and offline channels including paid
- Have a background in lead generation and conversion across digital channels
- Have experience of managing digital media plans
- Experience using third-party platforms for paid campaigns
- A record of improving acquisition and conversion through analysis and optimisation
- Sound commercial judgement, including budget management and competitor or customer analysis
- Be used to dealing with a variety of stakeholders from global/central marketing teams to external corporate partners and clinicians
- Confident, diplomatic stakeholder management and people leadership
