Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Negotiator at Montane Care located in Chorley/Manchester. The Healthcare Negotiator will be responsible for facilitating and negotiating the sale and acquisition of care homes. The day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential buyers and sellers, negotiating deals, and managing the transaction process.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to assess financial information
- Knowledge and experience of the healthcare industry and care home market, including regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to details, organisational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to analyse market trends and conduct market research
- Experienced in Business, Real Estate, Healthcare or related field
