Role Overview
We are looking for experienced healthcare operations professionals with hands-on knowledge of EHR systems, clinical documentation, billing, coding, prior authorizations, or related healthcare workflows. The role involves completing structured tasks within healthcare applications and evaluating whether AI-generated actions and outputs are accurate, realistic, and aligned with how these systems are used in practice. No prior AI experience is required.

HOURLY RATE
$50-$200/h
Responsibilities
- Complete structured tasks within healthcare applications and digital workflows.
- Work with platforms such as Epic, MyChart, Meditech, Athena, CoverMyMeds, 3M CodeFinder, HealthEquity, and Lifeline.
- Evaluate AI-generated actions and outputs for accuracy and realism.
- Apply practical knowledge of patient records, documentation, billing, coding, and prior-authorization workflows.
- Identify incorrect, incomplete, or unrealistic system interactions.
- Provide detailed annotations and structured feedback according to project guidelines.
- Assess whether workflows reflect real-world healthcare operations and system usage.
- Collaborate with the project team and incorporate feedback when needed.
- Deliver assigned work according to established quality and timeline expectations.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing/coding, or a closely related healthcare role.
- Direct professional experience with at least one EHR or healthcare platform such as Epic, Meditech, Athena, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows such as patient records, billing cycles, coding, prior authorizations, or clinical documentation.
- Ability to evaluate whether healthcare-system workflows are accurate and practically realistic.
- Experience working with structured healthcare data or digital patient-management systems.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
