Healthcare Operations Evaluator

Position: Healthcare Operations Evaluator

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $80–$120/hour

Location: Remote

About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Healthcare Operations professionals interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects. You'll apply your healthcare operations expertise to review and assess AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other professional work products for accuracy, rigor, presentation quality, and alignment with real-world healthcare operations standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks using domain-specific quality criteria.
  • Review work products for factual accuracy, operational relevance, analytical rigor, and overall quality.
  • Identify factual, visual, formatting, presentation, and content-related errors.
  • Assess whether AI-generated outputs accurately reflect real-world healthcare operations and workflows.
  • Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback.
  • Apply consistent professional judgment when grading AI-generated work against established evaluation rubrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Healthcare Operations or a closely related healthcare operations role.
  • Native or professional fluency in English.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle errors and inconsistencies.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and well-structured feedback.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, hourly engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher from a reputable institution.
  • Experience evaluating professional documents, presentations, spreadsheets, or other business deliverables.
  • Previous experience with AI evaluation, quality assurance, content review, or rubric-based assessment is a plus.
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations, operational teams, or cross-functional healthcare projects.
