Role Description
The Healthcare Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Wilmslow, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering healthcare and pharmaceutical market research projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, resources, and budgets; liaising with clients to clarify objectives and provide updates; and coordinating fieldwork activities such as recruitment of healthcare professionals, patients, and key opinion leaders. The Healthcare Project Manager will oversee data quality and compliance with relevant industry and privacy standards, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth project lifecycle. The role also involves preparing project documentation, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

- Demonstrated project management skills in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or market research settings, including planning, scheduling, and budget oversight.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, with experience collaborating with clients, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and organizational skills to manage complex projects, interpret research objectives, and ensure high-quality data and deliverables.
- Comfort with hybrid working arrangements, including the ability to work effectively both on-site in Wilmslow and remotely.
- Familiarity with healthcare market research methodologies, patient-centric approaches, and ethical and data privacy standards in healthcare research.
- Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software, online communication platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, life sciences, business, market research, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in an international or multi-country project environment and additional language skills are beneficial.
