Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Recruitment Consultant role based in Waltham Abbey. The Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare professionals, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating placements across the group’s specialist brands.   • Managing job postings
  • Ensuring timely and accurate communication throughout the recruitment cycle

Qualifications

Candidates need to be true 360-degree recruiters, able to resource suitable applicants and demonstrate proactive business development skills to identify new business opportunities, with experience managing full recruitment lifecycles in a professional environment.

  • Consulting and Interviewing skills, including the ability to assess candidate suitability and provide informed guidance to clients and candidates
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and maintain clear written and verbal correspondence

Experience Beneficial:

  • Relevant experience in healthcare or professional services recruitment
  • Experience in Allied Health (AHP) and/or Health Science (HSS) professions such as Radiography, Physiotherapy, OT, and Biomedical Science

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work to targets, manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including accurate record-keeping and use of recruitment or CRM systems

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in recruitment, human resources, business, or a related field is advantageous.
