The Role:
We’re looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Team Lead to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a business that invests in you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a Team including; Compliance Officers, Resourcers, Shift Bookers
- You will be a Billing Team Lead, managing your own sector
- Business Development, growing the client base via both Public and Private Sector opportunities
- Build and manage strong client and candidate relationships
- Source, screen, and place top-tier talent into the right roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Hit and exceed targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
- Stay informed on industry trends and market activity
