Partner / Legal Director/Senior Associate / Associate/ Solicitor / NQ
A Unique Opportunity!
We are working with a leading commercial law firm with offices in the UK and Ireland, and a standout reputation in healthcare regulatory and professional discipline work. Its Healthcare Team is top ranked by both Chambers and the Legal 500.
The firm is now investing in and expanding that team in England, and is recruiting ambitious legal professionals at all levels.
There is already a busy workload of complex, high-quality work for existing clients, so this is a chance to join an established, top-ranked practice at the beginning of a new phase with a busy workstream of high quality work. Depending on experience, there is scope to help lead and develop a new sub-team as part of the continued growth of the wider healthcare practice.
The Work
The team represents regulated professionals and commercial clients across the health and social care sectors, including indemnifiers and healthcare professionals. The caseload is unusually broad and regularly includes high-profile matters:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Partner / Legal Director
Helping to lead and develop a new sub-team within an established, top-ranked practice. Real scope to shape how it is built and how it grows, with the backing of leading healthcare partners and extensive multi-jurisdictional experience behind you.

You will also supervise and mentor trainees, junior solicitors and paralegals, and contribute to business development across the healthcare sector. Because the team is growing, there is a clear route to progression rather than waiting for a gap to open above you.
