Love Meeting People? Build a Career in Healthcare Sales
Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission
This is a field-based role, so you'll need a full UK driving licence and be happy travelling to customer meetings, healthcare exhibitions and industry events.
We're growing. Come and grow with us.
If you're looking for an easy 9-5, this probably isn't the job for you. If you enjoy meeting people, love a challenge and want a career where your success is recognised and rewarded, keep reading.
At Buywise Health, we're building something exciting, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of the journey. We're looking for personality, ambition and attitude. Everything else, we'll help you learn.
Why Buywise?
Buywise Health is one of the UK's fastest-growing healthcare procurement specialists. We work with GP practices and healthcare organisations across the UK, helping them reduce costs, improve service and make buying easier.
No two customers are the same. Every practice has different priorities, different challenges and different ways of working. That's why we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We take the time to understand each customer and build tailored solutions that genuinely make a difference. That's what makes this role interesting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll quickly become part of a business that's growing, evolving and full of opportunity.
