Role Description
This full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role at People Biz is based in Southampton. The Healthcare Specialist will provide direct patient support, assist in emergency and routine medical situations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
Daily responsibilities include assessing patient needs, documenting clinical information accurately, supporting treatment plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes. The role also involves participating in health education initiatives, following established clinical protocols and safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of healthcare services.

- Candidate should possess strong healthcare and medicine knowledge, including practical experience in clinical or care settings.
- Candidate should possess EMT skills or equivalent emergency response training, with the ability to act effectively in urgent situations.
- Candidate should possess effective communication skills, including clear documentation and professional interaction with patients and colleagues.
- Candidate should possess training skills, with the ability to support learning, onboarding, or patient education activities.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare or emergency medical services are beneficial.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare teams and familiarity with standard clinical procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Southampton, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
