Are you an experienced professional who has built a career you’re proud of but are beginning to wonder whether the traditional way of working still fits the life you want?
Camino Flow are looking to connect with motivated professionals interested in building an independent, performance-based business while being part of an established network.
This isn’t necessarily about walking away from the career you’ve worked hard to build. It’s about exploring what else might be possible.
For many experienced professionals particularly those working in healthcare, leadership, and other people-focused careers, priorities can change over time.
You may still value meaningful work and helping others, while also wanting more flexibility, greater independence and more choice over how you spend your time.
Perhaps you’d like more time with family, greater freedom to travel, the ability to experience more of the world, or simply more control over when and where you work.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for developing and managing your own independent business activity, including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
