We’re partnering with an independent healthcare marketing agency who are looking for an experienced Freelance Healthcare Strategist to support their team as they experience a high workload of projects.
Key responsibilities of the Healthcare Strategist - Freelance | Healthcare Marketing | UK | Contract | Agency | Remote
- Developing strategic positioning and messaging, considering how products can be clinically and strategically positioned within the market
- Conducting and interpreting market research to develop insight-led recommendations
- Supporting strategic and tactical projects across a varied healthcare portfolio
- Collaborating with the wider agency team to deliver projects

Ideal Experience & Skills of the Healthcare Strategist - Freelance | Healthcare Marketing | UK | Contract | Agency | Remote
- 5+ years’ experience working within a healthcare marketing or advertising agency
- Strong background in healthcare marketing, advertising and strategic planning - not primarily Medical Communications/Medical Education
- Experience developing positioning, messaging and marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of market research and pharma / healthcare regulations and guidelines
- Experience within diabetes and/or medical devices is highly desirable
- Ideal: Formal marketing training such as CIM, Mini MBA in Marketing, or equivalent is highly desirable
