Position: Health Care Support Worker
32 hour post
We have an opportunity for a Health Care Support Worker to come and join our team.
Department: Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology Unit
The Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology Unit is a dynamic and efficient department delivering services to both inpatients and outpatients.
Role Description:
This post involves working alongside Sonographers and Radiologists, chaperoning during ultrasound scan lists and assisting during invasive procedures, keeping the Radiology Information System up to date and ensuring the room is clean, stocked and ready for use for each patient.

- Ability to quickly build a rapport with patients

- Enjoy working with members of the public
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times

Department Overview:
We are a small supportive department that works closely with the Medical team, Radiographers, Sonographers, Nuclear Medicine Technicians, and Physiotherapists.
Working Hours:
Working your shifts over 4 days, we are open Monday to Friday 0830-1700. Days worked will vary to meet the needs of the service.
