Role Overview
Fame24HourCare is seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Ipswich. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and practical daily living support in service users' own homes.
- Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, shopping, and daily routines.
- Support service users with hobbies, interests, and meaningful activities.
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion.
- Follow personalised care plans and report any changes in needs.
- Safely dispose of waste and hazardous materials.
- Communicate effectively and adapt to individual needs.
- Contribute to personalised support plans.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all service users.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
- Experience in a care or healthcare setting is beneficial.
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to community-based home care.
