NHS Fife’s Immunisation Service

NHS Fife’s Immunisation Service invites applications for the position of Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) to join our progressive and dynamic team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of routine immunisation programmes across the diverse population of Fife, covering a broad geographical area.

Responsibilities

  • Combination of office-based duties such as telephone triage and appointment scheduling
  • Clinic-based activities including reception responsibilities and cold-chain management

Requirements

  • Organised, confident, and enthusiastic professionals
  • Strong teamwork skills and adaptability in both clinical and non-clinical environments
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • High standard of English
  • Proven capacity for accurate data collection and record maintenance
  • Flexibility to work within community settings
