The clinic offers tailored solutions for businesses, catering to Occupational and Private Health needs such as health screenings, on-site medical services, and urgent treatments.
Role Description
We are looking for a Part Time or Full Time Healthcare Technician(s) based on-site at the ROC Clinic in Westhill.

The role involves:
- Phlebotomy
- Chaperoning
- Assisting in medical procedures
- Supporting the delivery of exceptional healthcare services
Day-to-day duties include:
- Interacting with patients
- Maintaining clinical documentation
- Preparing exam rooms
- Managing medical supplies
- Undertaking phlebotomy
- Carrying out a range of investigations (ECGs, Spirometry etc)
- Supporting specialist clinics
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with team members.
- Comprehensive Patient Care competencies, including compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage patient needs efficiently.
- Demonstrated skills in phlebotomy are a must.
- Ability to work effectively within an on-site healthcare team.
- Formal healthcare training or a recognised certification is preferred.
- Prior experience as an HCA/ HCT is essential.
