Position: Healthspan - Sales Associate – NEW STORE OPENING
Location: Winchester
Salary: £13.20
Contract: Part-Time – Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver needs-led, compliant customer consultations grounded in trust and genuine care
- Create a welcoming and inclusive store environment where customers feel heard and supported
- Provide accurate, clear, and responsible product guidance in line with Healthspan’s advisory approach
- Build meaningful, long-term customer relationships and encourage community engagement
- Maintain strong product knowledge across an intricate range within a regulated sector
- Support store performance targets in a responsible, service-led manner

The Role:
As a Sales Associate, you are at the heart of the Healthspan in-store experience. You will deliver personalised, needs-led consultations, helping customers make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring every interaction is professional, empathetic, and compliant. Working as part of a high-performing team, you will contribute to a welcoming store environment while supporting sustainable performance through service-led engagement rather than a traditional sales approach.

About You:
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience (health & wellbeing experience desirable but not essential)
- Comfortable having meaningful, sometimes sensitive conversations with empathy and maturity
- Committed to on-going learning - working with large intricate product range
- Strong attention to detail with an understanding of the importance of compliance
- A natural relationship-builder who earns trust through credibility and authenticity
- Genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and helping people make informed choices
Interview Process:
