At Abri, we're committed to creating better homes and thriving communities. We're looking for a Healthy Homes Disrepair Senior Planner to play a key role in helping us deliver a responsive, customer-focused disrepair service that puts residents at the heart of everything we do.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people, processes and priorities together to make things happen. You'll be at the centre of our disrepair service, coordinating complex cases from inspection through to completion, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with a strong focus on customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same in this role. You'll lead a team of Disrepair Schedulers, helping them manage workloads, optimise trade diaries and ensure customers receive a seamless service throughout their journey.

  • Oversee the planning and coordination of disrepair works
  • Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure the right resources, materials and approvals are in place to keep projects progressing smoothly
  • Be a key point of contact for a range of stakeholders
  • Help to navigate complex cases, provide updates and ensure we meet our legal and regulatory responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
